horrible service

i called this morning to reprot a cable theft however the service i got was very shocking.<br> i advise the consultant that the cable was cut in half and the another half is just hanging , i have further advise him that i have toddlers in the house and this cable being hanging like is a life threatning to my kids. i have requested an emergency assistance in this regard and all he could say was to tell me that he will load a case and an sms will be sent through. its now 2 hours and still nothing has been done.<br> i am so disappointed on City Power and the service they rendering my kids are in danger and for me to be busy calling and getting no assistance is such a shocking thing. i have then called and spoke to 3 consulant which they gave me this references (CPWEB ***5) AND reF (***5). MY QUESTION NOW IS HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO GET ASSISTANCE OR CITY POWER WILL ALL TAKE INITIATIVES ONLY WHEN A LIFE HAS BEEN LOST?<br> I DEMAND ASSISTANCE AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR URGENT RESPONSE!
