Horrible Service

We haven't had power for over a full week now. Been logging calls and they get canceled, they keep apologizing and telling us they will escalate the issue then are a no show. One employee said he'd help if we give him R3000. The agents are super rude, even emails aren't responded to. They give the worst service and have no humanity at all.
