Hopeless and powerless Melville resident.

As a prompt tax and ratepaying citizen of Melville Johannesburg, the constant power outages (not loadshedding), are crippling me. We get no direct communication from the service provider, and seem to have been totally forgotten, along with some other householders in the area. It is completely unreasonable that as a consumer, I have to pay more and more for less and less, with no hope of a permanent solution being found! It is cruelty to be mistreated in this way.
