Ho the worst city power ever (city power doorfontien)

City power is the most useless I have ever experienced I have had no electricity since Sunday the 5th of December 2021 and today is the 6th of December 2021 and still no lights I have called city power on Sunday a minute it went off they gave me a ref number (CP***) I called again later in the day and was told that there was a faulty cable that they ordered and will still replace it the Sunday a few hours later I called again explained that no one have come out since my 1st call the consultant then asks me if the pile infant of my house is making any sparks I explained to her that was news for me cause I'm calling regarding a faulty cable then puts me hold I waits a few minutes she ghen advised me that she has escalated yhe issue to the manager and the advised them to call me until today no one has called me today I have called since 7:00 this morning and I have been on hold for an hour dropped the call and tried again 3 more times and for each time I called I held on for an hour this is ****en **** how in the he'll does a big company like eskom keep some1 on the line for that line I even drove to eskom in Doorfontein and was 2st told that the supervisor was out and then told I must come back tomorrow and ask for the manager how professional eskom

I would really love an response or anything to my situation cause I have been proven right once again that you'll don't have client service skills even you'll security at the has attitude cant even great
