Green box installation

Yesterday a truck came to my area to install the new street green boxes of which they did however they left my house with no electricity and promised to come today and fix the issue. They returned in the morning with the only thing they did was lock the box and not fix the so I am still without electricity.

I have a two month year old baby in the house and I am not able to prepare his needs nor am I able to feed my family or prepare for work. This is an issue I was told had been solved when the new prepaid meter was installed in my house but clearly no one is honest enough to do what they say they will.

I am located at 18 Pyrenees Street Lenasia South and the green box has SAP 3201 & E436.
