Great service from City Power

I just want to say we'll dine to City Power . Our street lights were off for few days. I called and logged a call on Wednesday the 4th June 2025. Zandile took my call and logged a case for me. She gave the cade number CP***. To manage my expectations the call center agent advised that it's going to take 7 to 14 days. I acknowledge that and was looking forward to having my call resolved in a week's time . To my surprise, I received an update on Thursday morning that the call is allocated, later Thursday, I received another update that the call is accepted. In the evening I saw the lights were fixed and back on. This is to say thank you for quick and good service, much appreciated.
