Good service from City Power agent

In spite of all the dread to go to City Power in Booysen, when I did get there, it was such a pleasure to be served by this amazing lady named Precious. It is very easy to point out the bad, especially with our public services. But this lady made me feel at ease, and like she was there to assist me and not just to "do a job". Thank-you.
