Geyser Relay Device

City Power sent out a team to install Relay Device for our Geysers a team arrived at our complex on 12 Drome Rd Corlett Gardens who installed this device. Ever since it was installed the geyser has never worked again I have tried to call Ntokozo on *** which is the contact person and tthere's no answer I have also left messages in the form of sms still reply. City Power must do something please my household is quite hard to manage as a result of their faulty device and a team whom they sent who are very unprofessional
