FRUSTRATION

<p>So it is day 4 without hot water been trying to contact City Power since Tuesday managed to get a ref no ********** 034 on Thursday, but no one can tell me when this will be actioned. surely there should be a better system. </p> <p>You have to hold for an operator for an hour only to be told nothing , this is so irratating I feel like we will never get hot water again !!!! please please get this resolved </p>
