Four days without electricity. City power is apparently doing their best.

City power has absolutely zero respect for us as consumers,. Their service is appalling to say the least. They do not care about us. For four days now we are experiencing a power outage. I was told that the sub had burned and therefore technicians have to replace it, but there is no one on site and each call we log with them we are advised the case has not been assigned or dispatched. Food is now spo****, the frustration escalates by the minute. Somebody please assist. All they keep on doing is escalating to different supervisors on shift.
