Faulty power cables

Horrible service received. I logged a call for faulty power lines. They sent a sub contractor to do the job, the contractor messed up the power lines and some cables. They also fail to diagnose the root cause or the extent of the damage. I called the team leader Themba he was of no help called Alec area manager and he didn't even bother to answer his phone never mind to respond to missed calls. It's been 4 days without electricity. We have elderly on this street who depends on oxygen they are suffering because of all this yet no one is taking responsibility and they don't even care.
