falsely accused of electricity theft

25.07.2015 at 16h40. Dinc van Rooyen asked to enter our premises to check meter reading. We let him in and gave us attitude when the meter box has actually been moved to the street pole outside our house. He accused us of having ******* electricity. The meter box was moved 2 weeks ago by City Power. He refused to give his name so we took his name badge off his jacket. Verification ID number: 2856 he may collect his badge after he apologises for his behaviour.
