Extremley terrible service

ELCSA, No. 89 - 3rd Avenue, Alexandra Township, cnr Roosevelt (A CHURCH YARD that consists of a CRECHE (PRESCHOOL)) TO THIS DAY, DOESN'T HAVE ELECTRICITY!. Ticket number CPWEB*** was not resolved but they were busy sending me updates that the technician was "On Site", when he wasn't. "Field Diagnosis Completed" and no technician came to diagnose the issue. "Repairs in progress" when no one literally came and this morning I get an update saying that the "Job was complete" however there is still no electricity! The ticket was allocated to Given Baloi (Employee No.: ***7). CAN SOMEONE URGENTLY COME PLEASE!. - CPWEB*** is the new ticket number.
