extremely poor poor service

<p>I had a very bad experience with city power. They came to my house and installed some geyser monitoring device without my concern. They went into my place when I was not around, found my old granny and started drilling my wall to install their device. My problem is, after the installation, my electricity consumption has doubled. Instead of "saving electricity", it's consuming so so much. I have spent more than R600 in a week. What makes me very angry is the fact that I have been calling these people for more than a week to come and sort this out but no one comes. I called the installer (njabulo )and his manage (ntokozo) so many times and eventually I called jhb city power but there's still no help. Now I spend so much money on electricity and no one seems to care. I'm so upset </p>
