Utterly pathetic service. Our lights have been going on and off for the past 3 months. Every second day the lights go off. It comes on for an hour at most, and then goes off again. It's so cold and with no electricity we cant keep warm. What is worse is that the lights continually go on and off, making this a massive risk to our electronics. Countless calls have been logged. Someone comes to check and then just leaves. This is so exhausting. Our calls that we log even get deleted without notice or explanation. Sort this out immediately!
