Endlessly reporting the same problem to no avail!!!!!!!!

<p>We have been having trouble with an incoming voltage that is too low sitting right on the threshold of the backup generator causing the engine to start and stop continious. It seems that City Power is ignoring the problem as after four or five complaints over two months the issue remains. I expect huge appliance fIlure coming up soon. City Power, this is going to cost you a lot of money.</p>
