Electricity outage and non existing meter numbers

Southhills Calgro development electricity is problematic. Every other week electricity gets cuts for 3 to 5 day and we are always the last ones to be attended, is it becouse we black or we do not matter. Our white nabours across the street always have electricity. Very funny. We can not even log a query as our METER NUMBER 'DO NOT EXIST', but we purchase electricity everyday.
