Electricity Outage Again...

<p>Electricity on Friday, 6 January from 6pm till 3:30am on Saturday. Outage again from Saturday, 7 January at midnight and still no electricity by 2pm!! No one answers the phone and the auto response via email is a 15 day turnaround - are you kidding me?! I have no electricity for 15 hours and you're going to get back to me within 15 days???? Who made that decision?</p> <p> </p> <p>I assume you still want me to pay for this awful service? What a ****** cheek!</p>
