Electricity Disconnected

Had electricity disconnect on the 17th Sept 15 (Thursday) - /-10:30, even though on pre paid meter since April 2015. And still disconnected until now, 21 Sept 15 (Monday) -. and still getting charger for the conventional meter which does not exist.
