Electricity and water cut off

<p>I am dissapointed with the service that i am getting from city power. Our water and electricity was cut off since the 31st May 2017 , we paid the whole outstanding balance and till today 09 June 2017 we do not have water. We called the useless call center and each time we call they will give me a reff number : ********** 6 that was on the 7june 2017 we waited the whole day nothing happened . we called the call center again on the 08 june 2017 Reff: ********** 9 we where told to wait for 4 hour and still no response. We had to pay R12000.00 to sit in the dark. Clearly some people are not doing thei jobs.</p> <p>Lorna</p>
