ELECRITY READING ESTIMATED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR

I have been complaining that my electricity bill is always estimated.<br> <br> I vehemently believe that I am over charged. I do not use a geyser. I do not cook every day. We are a small family of 3. The whole day I am at work .My children are at school.<br> I app**** for a prepaid meter from municipality but I get no reply.<br> I am stressed to no decimal point as I am a single parent who still has to pay school fees and on the other hand I have to pay for the electricity i never used!
