ELDORADO PARK ELECTRICITY IS OFF IN MOST AREAS

This is absolutely appauling, people have been calling the Call Centre and receiving reference numbers as the electricity in Eldorado Park, Johannesburg has been off for 3 days, we have been calling and calling and some idiot has been saying that cables are being replaced for 3 days on end, this is ridiculous. What about people's appliances, who have babies, and most importantly, will City Power replace the meat in the fridges of the people who are suffering right now, 3DAYS . All we are being given is reference numbers upon reference numbers. 70% of ELDORADO PARK IS EFFECTED, AND YOU TALK ABOUT SERVICE DELIVERY, driving the trucks up and down and not coming out timeously and effectively.
