Ekurhuleni city power service sucks

Is been 4 days and on going without electricity in my house. I called Ekurhuleni city power every 3 hours for an update and all they tell me is that my issue is been escalated to the supervisor and technician is coming to assistant me. The last time technician was at my place was 1 day ago but never fixed the problem. They identified that the problem, which they said is the cables in the ground causing short circuit, and still waiting for the team to dug and fix it. Is been more than more than 24 hrs now in waiting.
