Drop call after being on the line for 30 minutes.

I've been without electricity since Sunday night I been calling this morning and I was caller number 27 I waited 30 minutes for my call to be answer and eventually my call was answer the lady drop the call and when I call again I was back at being caller number 26 I'm furious stop hiring people who don't have a heart to help people who are only there for the perks.
