Dissapointed and unhappy

Hello Peter I am a resident of Vlakfontein 3808 ext 3 next to Lenasia South, I have been without power since Tuesday morning and my neighbours has power. I have been login calls and making calls to City power they just give me Ref numbers without helping me. They gave me this ref no`s CPWEB ********** and ********** and the first one they have updated its status to complete without being helped. City power has punished me enough, i would have understand if it was a total power outage in our area but its only my property.
