Disrespect from a services provider Eskom/ City power.

The call center and despatch department for Eskom and subcontractors City power are *********. These people benefit from the misery of the client. I have called the whole day asking for a technician to simply come out and check the main switch from the electrical pole that supplie our home. It is busy producing sparks as something that is about to catch fire. If this happens I will make sure that Eskom pays for property damage and any injuries caused by this. We have people who need electricity. We are paying for this service but we are not treated like customers.
