Disgusting service from city power and COJ
I've the worst experience with City Power and City of Joburg. Their service is disgusting. Had to spend their entire weekend without electricity. Logged numerous calls only to be told technicians don't work on weekends. Ohh their call centre is the pits. You call they purposely hang up on you. I'm so furious it's not even funny. CP*** here's my reference. I'm still yet to be assisted

01 Nov 2022, 08:51COJ and City Power are the pits. So disappointed in their technicians and call centre agents. Logged a call on Sat to date it has never been attended. No attempts to even try to assist. Been without power since Friday. I am so frustrated as I am not getting any help.
