Disgusting service

So they cut off our electricity on the 15th of February 2022 and we made a payment of R20000 on the 18th of February 2022, to this day no one has come to reconnect our electricity, no one ever answers their phone, my mother went to the civic centre in Florida still nothing then she went to the big branch in braamfontein still no one came today is the 25th of February and we still have no power what kind of service is this? I'm really disgusted by city power for being so unprofessional they only time they know what professionalism is is when they go around cutting everyones electricity off with their guys that always say they won't cut it if you give them money Mxm I'm ****ed off by city power
