Disgraceful city power employees

I called the call center for assistance and was answered by Dineo Segodi.

She was the rudest person I have ever encountered, she listened to respond and not to assist, she was also accusatory and does not belong in a call center environment

We pay our rates and taxes and every other municipal charge with the comfort of knowing that should we need any assistance it will be there. Only to be met with an individual like herself who galraveky embarrasses city power in the manner in which she conducts herself.

She took pride in making a customer feel inferior and she continuously scream onto of me. She had the audacity of asking for respect when I asked her to calm down.

She refused to provide her managers name when asked and I literally was screamed at the entire call.

Horrible and pathetic service.
