Dictatorial change to metering with no communicati

Arrived at my property to find that someone had removed the 3 phase metering system and replaced it with a single meter box without any prior warning or communication and putting my property at risk. It has now removed a functionality that was paid for and used to control the individual phases. No response or feedback from my mails and an attitude that says you have no option and there is no alternative.
