I would like City Power to explain to me how they can charge almost R250K for so-called electrical engineering work for the rezoning of a property in Melville. The electrician came, did an assessment in less than an hour and wrote to City Power that no extra work needed to be done. Now that I need a clearance certificate, this suddenly crawled out of the woodworks!!
