After 3 years of utter frustration caused by absolute lack of response and ownership by City Power, I managed to prove that City Power owes me 67k !! When I thought the ordeal was over, they started deducting current charges off the 67k credit due, although I had sold the property and closed the account... Once that mistake was corrected and I was ready to celebrate... reality hit: I was naïve enough to think that the money would actually be refunded... it's been 6 months and waiting ….
