Daily Outage

I leave in Regents Park North Road and ever since winter started we have been having power outages every day 5 to 6 times a day, we report it everyday and the only thing they say at City Power that they do not know what the cause of the outage is. It is a few houses that are affected. We do not have power as I am typing this review it has been over 12hours and a call has been logged and we have not been assisted. How do we pay for your electricity if we have such issues? Someone needs to sort this out. It is pathetic and worse of all you City Power do not know what the problem is. How do we live where we do not have power and it goes for over 5 times every day?
