Cut off by City Power

<p>My parents' power was cut off on Sa****ay without any warning. My parents are up to date with their payments. They have been told that the power will be sorted in 72 hours. In the meantime they must freeze and have no lights. This is unacceptable considering it is City Power's fault.</p> <p>This is what happens when you don't have an option of going to another supplier. </p> <p>
