Prepaid meter ran out of credit. Phoned them they said 5h max before technician calls out to look at box outside house. Its been 38hours. They phoned and said the team are on there way they will be with me in half an hour. Firstly the meter does not alert you the credit is low then you wait two days for them to call out to switch you back on. Two tickets opened and escalated yet no help. Poor
