Continuous Pathetic City power Service

power outage reported to city power on Monday reference number CP*** waiting two days no response , no phone calls NO SERVICE AT ALL, then get SMS message job card closed . had to take leave for this pathetic service and did not get any Today have to go back and log call and then go to Siemert street branch , reference number CP*** am told have to wait another 24 hours before job card allocated , Mr. Tshifularo Mashava CEO of City power sort this mess out or resign and give it to some who can manage it a whole lot better
