Constant Powercuts

For the past 4 days we have been having constant powercuts at Fleurhof Ext 23, we call City Power but they do not properly fix where the problem is, 2 days ago they said the problem was with a faulty cable, and yesterday they said it was a ****** fuse, we really cannot survive without electricity in this cold, especially that we do not owe City Power a single cent,,,This is really inconveniencing us
