Constant power outages lasting more than 24hrs

Hi <br> <br> I am a resident of Northriding on auroele avenue and we have been experiencing power outages almost biweekly which last for days, the most recent of which lasted 3 days before being resolved. City power does not even give residents which are affected by these outages any sort of information on what the issues are and what the lead times are in resolving the problems.<br> <br> By the frequency of these occurrences its seems that whatever is being done is patch work and not addressing of the actual problems. It has come to a point where the problem, whatever it may be be addressed. this is not on!
