Communication black hole from Joburg City Power

If I could give less than one star I would. The power in the Rouxville area and surrounding areas has been out for 17 hours with no explanation or communication. I have gone to X (Twitter) and Instagram and Facebook and still nothing. All I have been asking for is information or some sort of communication. This goes beyond loadshedding, all I want is any communication as to what is going on - there are sick people in the area that need power.
