City Power's real problem

They close tickets without confirming if the problems have been resolved. Don't aknowledge any tickets until the end of the day. They don't have enough people to actually do any of the fixing. They have absolutely horrible management and even less competent people to do the jobs required. After decades of miss use and abuse of the power grid they can't even stay afloat.

There are no punishments for the company. There aren't even proper apologies (those being discounted services, or loadshedding reduction) for the clients that have suffered under their failures.

All of these problems have been building up, while necessary skills and expertise has been declining. Everybody needs to be replaced if they cannot do the job. Management of all government related businesses needs to have competent workers and not people hired to make up the numbers

Incompetence has bloated the company and now everybody else in this country must suffer. This is only one part of a much larger issue. Incompetence is now everywhere. How? Due to hiring rules being laxed over the decades. The only requirement being superficial,which has lead to this absolute clown show that the citizens must now endure.
