City Power's customer service sucks

I've been sitting without electricity for two days now waiting for a technician to come fix my meter box to load electricity since there's an error message on the box. I've been calling city power from yesterday and logging calls only to be told they have backlog and not enough technicians while yesterday they told me the call will be attended to within 4-6 hours. The service I have not received is appalling to say the least. How long will it take city power to fix this issue? Even their call center agaents and supervisors are just useless and not helpful. This is ****** ridiculous.
