City Power wrong procedures

We actually put one star because there is no provision for 0 Star. We would like to express our disappointment regarding City Power's way of doing things. Sending agents WITHOUT any notice to have access to people's properties without any consideration to security threats as we know it's happening in Jo'burg. Recently in Germiston, a warehouse was attacked by people disguised as police. How can we give access to anyone who claims to belong to an institution because they are producing a badge or a sticker on a car? City Power should find another safe way to have access to people house without endangering them.
