CITY POWER, What's really going on?

My power wasn't restored after loadshedding on Monday the 22nd of January 2024 at 06:30am. I called in at 8:00am to get the assistance of a technician and received the ref number CP***. I then headed to the main headquarters in Turffontein to get the matter resolved, I was told that the reference had been closed and I was then given another reference number (C***). This matter has been escalated at least 3 or 4 times, I am super frustrated and now most of my food is spoilt. It's just let down after let down with City Power and nothing ever gets done about it. Someone please help!
