CITY POWER, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

I am residing in Freedom park Johannesburg and have been seeking assistance from City Power since 12/02/2019. Electricity cables were cut off where I live since early hours of that day and some left hanging. The matter has been reported daily since then via the telephone and email but till date no one has bothered to call or come assist. The call centre has also not been helpful at all you get is reference numbers. The cables were left lying on the ground, mind you it has been raining since then in Johannesburg and this is not only an inconvenience but dangerous. If we do not get assistance from the people that are supposed to be assisting with this what are we expected to do? If this happened in a more Suburb area would it have been handled the same way? I am a mother of 2 kids and will make sure that I keep all the references should anything (God forbid) happen to my children a result of this, City Power will be hold liable. Very poor service, why not give your jobs to people who will do what is expected of them. What am I paying TAX for????????
