City Power Very Bad Service

City Power Service very Bad Service No service from Dispatch after numerous escalations : Logged a call , my house has been without electricity going for 2 days now. I have a sick Dad at home and we need electricity to see to his well being . I reported it , have a reference number but my call has not been dispatched to a technician. I went to the depot in Florida twice first in the morning when I was told that all the technicians are out . Then went back there in the afternoon to be told the technicians have returned and knock off for the day. If we don’t pay they are quick to disconnect our services but we have to wait and wait with no response . This is utterly a level of disregard for us as the public.I want my services restored People of Joburg this cannot continue like this.
