City Power Unprofessional and Rude Employee

Poor and unprofessional service from one of their workers, a Johannes, cell ***. He came to install a prepaid meter and failed to link and register it. Called him to tell him that the meter number is not linked and registered. He promised to sort it out. We followed up and he switched off his phone. Now we do not have electricity as we can add units. Called City Power call center and there is no answer.
