City Power - *****ulent company

City Power's service delivery deserves zero stars. In a 30 day period I have had issue related to City Power twice, it literally takes them days to come to a site despite there being a service delivery charter. What I love the most though is that a person is simply expected to stay at your house until someone magically appears or at all. In my second stint, we are entering day 4 of no electricity relating to a cable fault. On day 3 technicians arrived for the first time only to say they require a machine from Eskom to resolve any issue in the area...and ****...gone...no update no ETA and this we have to pay for monthly? Feels like ***** to me.
