City Power - Still Pathetic Service

City Power, Pathetic service as usual... Due to the holidays - End December. as a committee for the Rosebank Scout Hall we forgot to make a payment for Electricity, Without warning or 'notice', we were disconnected on the morning of 15 January. The account was paid in full within an hour of disconnection and proof of payment sent at the same time. We are now 13 days later - still no re-connection ? Sad how efficient they can be when it is in their favor, but quite the opposite every other time... 'World Class African City' my ass. Acc No ***
