I live in a Alexandra township with a pensioner and a teenager, ******* connections by squatters have resulted in the house not having electricity since the beginning of June and every two day's I visit their office in Kew. Mind you they are well aware of the issue and have no intention to resolve it. Is it fair for bond owners to be left in the dark for the whole winter? Is this the freedom our pensioners should be living in? The reported incidents are closed without a technician attending to the issue. The staff is illiterate, arrogant, unfriendly, dismissive and unable to operate a computer. I've lost all hope in any service delivery from them.
