City Power's Service is ********!!!

I have been out of lights for 4Days now, even worse residence in my area have been without lights for at least 4weeks after numerous calls have been logged with the service provider, always making promises they don't keep. The call centre people don't answer the phones either(they are always experiencing high volumes of calls the whole day) I swear those call centre agents are getting paid for nothing. I then went on to call the General Manager(Sipho Gamede) and the area Manager(Lukas Matsilele) Till this moment they have not gotten back to me. I then called the Genearal Manager being Sipho Gamede for feedback, he just told me he's in a meeting and hung up on me.<br> <br> My question is, why must paying customers beg for good service let a lot alone the electricity they rightfully deserve?? Since the so called \General Manager"is insisting on acting like a delinquent"
